Characteristics:
2-Chloro-4-nitrobenzene-α-L-fucoside is referred to as CNP-AFU; its appearance is white powder.
Use:
2-Chloro-4-nitrobenzene-α-L-fucoside is used to detect the content of fucosidase (AFU) in serum, and AFU detection reagents are developed and prepared in large quantities.
Principle of action:
The AFU in the serum acts on the substrate to generate 2-chloro-4-nitrobenzene (CNP). The change rate of the absorbance of CNP per minute is measured at a wavelength of 405 nm to calculate its activity.
Advantage:
1. Good water solubility; 2. High sensitivity; 3. Good linearity; 4. Good stability.
Biological activity:
CNP-AFU (2-Chloro-4-nitrophenylα-L-fucopyranoside) is a substrate of α-L-fucosidase.
